Charred Octopus (Bar Helios) – Charred octopus is served with crispy herb potatoes, briny olives, creamy salsa verde and brassica
Shish Kebabs (Flora Taverna) – The finest flavors from ocean and land have merged. Za’atar chicken, spicy harissa prawns and pimento spiced beef are served with a sauce trio of Moroccan herbs, rich garlic, and tangy daqoos
Mezzes & Spreads - “The perfect shareable for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine as it features baba ghanoush, muhammara (roasted red pepper dip), hummus and tzatziki served with marinated olives, whipped summer feta and artisanal breads such as focaccia, pita and lavash.”
Scallop Crudo (Bar Helios) – Savor this sea lover’s dish, featuring fresh raw scallops in a sour orange vin sauce, paired with crisp Persian cucumber slivers, zesty Aleppo pepper, crisp serrano peppers, and topped with crunchy pistachios
