Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle Returns to Universal Studios Hollywood
The Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle has returned to Universal Studios Hollywood! After close to a four year hiatus, the “Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” is finally returning to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood on select dates between March and August, 2023!

Per Universal’s website: "As darkness falls at Hogwarts castle, Dementors, Death Eaters, and other unspeakable creatures cloak the stone walls with sinister images from the darker side of magic. Experience the fire-engulfed army of Inferi, the soul-draining breath of Dementors, and the haunting image of Lord Voldemort as you stare in awe at the castle’s takeover."
I’m assuming it’s being offered early since the Death Encounter is expected to run again during Universal Hollywood’s HHN nights. During Universal Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights last year, they only had Voldemort appear via a projection on the castle periodically, NO full Dark Arts castle light show.

Castle light show runs dusk to park close on the following dates:March 25 – April 9, 2023
May 27 – 29, 2023June 17 – Aug 13, 2023
Universal Hollywood includes a special Patronus Stag via drones as long as the winds aren’t too high. 
The 2nd video clip above shows the drones which has always been unique to Hollywood.That video was from late summer of 2019 (the last time I personally saw the Patronus) I was lucky enough I spend several weeks Petsitting in Los Angeles, & got to see it a few times when the wind didn’t get in the way.
