First Look at the Food & Beverages Coming to 2025 Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval
Universal Orlando Resort is celebrating their 30th year of Mardi Gras with their International Flavors of Carnaval from February 1st through March 30th. The event features an all-new menu of international cuisine, a nightly parade with stunning floats and live concerts on select nights. Mardi Gras festivities are included in regular theme park admission to Universal Studios Florida.
While the full menu for Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval hasn’t been released yet, Universal Orlando gave a sneak peek at some of the yummy 2025 menu offerings. 
Canada
Hot Maple Lacquered Salmon
Get a taste of freshly grilled salmon topped with a Canadian maple syrup glaze, served with a mixed salad of chickpeas, dried cranberries, tomatoes, baby kale and a mustard vinaigrette.
China
Spicy Szechuan Chicken Bites
Turn up the heat with a dish inspired by a region in China known for spicy food. Crispy chicken is topped with Szechuan powder, chili and sesame seeds, served in a takeout container with white rice.

Juicy all-beef burger topped with Monterey Jack cheese, pineapple cabbage slaw, cilantro garlic sauce, and crunchy potato sticks. This burger tasted amazing in 2024, and is an item you don’t want to miss out on getting.

Get ready for a mouthwatering meal combining two French specialties. Buckwheat crepes stuffed with shredded duck, onion, and cheese, then topped with fresh orange segments and orange sauce.
