How Virtual Line Experience Works Universal Orlando:

🌍1st download the Universal app — it’s how you’ll reserve your spot in the new “Virtual Line Experience.”

🎢Where to use virtual line—-anywhere inside Universal or CityWalk, regardless of which theme park you’re currently in!

✨Some have had luck reserving while at one of the on-site hotels. At endless resort, I wasn’t that lucky

.

.

🚨Set a phone alarm for 8:35AM to grab one for Hagrid’s. Spots usually open at 840, & additional Spots are released as the day goes on based off capacity 🚨

✨Note—currently not every Ride offers a virtual line. Those that dont have it still have a normal standby line with distancing markers in the queue.

✨Rides like Gringotts flip btw virtual/standby during the day based off crowd level.

✨Hagrid’s is one ride that’ll have a virtual line only option for the foreseeable future

.

✨You can only make reservations for the same day as your visit but you can book ride times for up to 10 people in your party

.

.

🎟How many virtual line passes can you get at a time— 2 currently & sadly it can’t be 2 spots for Hagrid’s for example

.

.

✨Yadira and I each selected 2 people in our party when reserving, So, we basically snagged 4 virtual line reservations at once between the 2 of us.

🎟Steps:🎟

1. Select “Virtual Line Experience” from the app’s main menu.

2. Tap on the “Virtual Line Venues” tab to see a list of available attractions.

3. Select the attraction you want to ride & tap “Virtual Line Pass – Reserve.”

4. Set how many guests are in your group.

5. Pick your return time.

7. Tap “Reserve Virtual Line Pass” to finish your reservation.

8. SCREEN SHOT your pass /QR code just in the event it disappears!!

✨Refresh button is going to be your BFF

✨Currently you have a 30 minute window to show up for your spot.

.

.

✨After you’ve used your reservation, you can make another one! So I would try grabbing another pass as soon as they scan/while you wait in line

.

.

✨If for some reason there is a glitch with the Virtual Que, The Universal app will alert you that you've been given a one time express pass to use as a way to say sorry!

✨I’ll say it till I’m blue in the face—- if you can avoid a backpack, you will save SO MUCH FRIGGIN time in line🤣
